Description
All of the items in this pattern were used by the Indians and fur traders. Included are an Awl Case, Fringed Bag, Knife Sheath, Mirror Pouch, Ration Card Bag, Scissors Pouch, Side Fringed Pouch and Tobacco Pouch.
These items were usually decorated with bead work, quill work, coins, tin cones and other adornment. Tribal differences were mainly in the kind and manner of the decorations used and included with the patterns is a section of sources for adornment and variations.
